Hi, I’m Lukasz.
I make creative chaos look… organised.

As Director of Media / Executive Producer at EF Education First, I oversee the development of our storytelling through video, photography, and design toolkits. My role isn’t just about producing content – it’s about building systems, workflows, and cultures that let creativity thrive at scale. From pre-production to post, from DAM structures to AI-powered pipelines, I ensure our media operations are as forward-thinking as our storytelling.

I manage a talented team of photographers and videographers, oversee global production partners, and shape toolkits that empower regional markets to create authentic, brand-aligned content worldwide. I care as much about operational excellence and asset reuse as I do about cinematic intimacy and emotional truth.

My background spans 20+ years across Poland, Ireland, and now Switzerland. Before EF, I helped shape Web Summit’s visual identity from the ground up, hiring creative teams, setting direction, and showing how design belongs at the leadership table. Earlier, I worked with agencies like Ogilvy, Image Now, and Hand Made on campaigns for Unilever, Diageo, Danone, and Bank of Ireland.

What keeps me going? The intersection of design, media, and people. I’m as interested in how teams feel as in how work looks. Clear thinking, humour, and mutual respect go a long way – especially when paired with good typography and even better storytelling.
